Designed around 1895, this pattern gained popularity when it was commissioned by the Maharaja of Navancore for his wife, the Maharani. Featuring cascading flora on a flute-shaped goblet, Maharani demonstrates the grandeur of the glassmaker’s art via its copper-wheel engraved motifs, pearlized-cut stems and 24K gilding.
