Moser Gallery

Moser Gallery compositions stem from the creative genius of some the world’s most talented and innovative designers. The ideas come to life at the adroit hands of Moser glass blowers, engravers and other factory artisans who together create vibrant and flawless works of art found only in the finest stores and galleries worldwide. It’s all part of the Moser legacy that’s rooted in impeccable geographic genes and the legendary vision of its talented founder.

Located in the Czech Republic, Moser is nestled in what was once the region of Bohemia, where glass-making began in the 1200s and by the 1700s had become known worldwide as home to the finest in glass and crystal. In the 1800s Moser founder and Bohemian engraver Ludwig Moser led his small glassworks operation to surpass the rest in the region for its top quality engraving. This recognition soon convinced him to begin producing his own glassware, again with great success. Moser’s superior reputation was boosted even higher by an affiliation with the famous Vienna Workshop, which provided the chance to execute designs of Josef Hoffmann.

Through the years many of the Hoffmann-designed pieces have been in museums and prestigious collections around the world. Similarly, today’s Moser Gallery pieces can be found in the homes of royalty, leaders of nations, diplomats, religious leaders, famous entertainers and people from all walks of life who appreciate the finest in artistry and craftsmanship.
